Meet Hayley

About me
My love for fitness started at a young age as I started dancing at the age of 7. I attended 3 dance lessons a week religiously! Within the dance school I performed annual shows, exams and then even going on to be chosen for a scholarship. To be able to perform at this level, it now wasn't about my skills and technique as a dancer, it too became about my level of fitness. I loved the physical challenges that came with dancing so I joined my local gym when I turned 16. I knew from then training was my new thing.

I have a border collie - Raine, who I adore.

My go to comfort food is Nutella on anything... guilty.

Before I became a PT I worked as a Lifeguard.

I have rewatched the TV series Friends, over and over.

I have been a PT for over 5 years.
My Vision
My vision is to empower women. I want all women to be comfortable in the gym and in their own skin.
I want my clients to feel strong and successful. I want them to be able to walk into a gym confidently, knowing what to do.
I want my clients to understand the effects the menstrual cycle has on their training and how to get past it rather than using it as an excuse not to train... even I am guilty of this.
I have seen so many women adapt to all of the above and I love being apart of this and helping my clients reach their goals.
I want my clients to see that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Everyone in that gym has stepped out of their comfort zone and worked their asses off to get where they are now... remember no one starts at the top.
